SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING:

Orders delivered within the United States should arrive within 4-6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive, these orders are also subject to an additional $15.00 delivery fee. These states are also excluded from free shipping promotions.

SECOND DAY SHIPPING:

Second day deliveries are available on all products, from the day your order was shipped. Second day delivery orders will be processed withing 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day. Order should arrive within 3 business days if ordered the next day. All orders must have a valid street address. P.O boxes can be used for delivery.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING:

Next day delivery is only available in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Next day delivery is available on all products if ordered before 10:30am MST, on a business day. Orders purchased on weekend days will not be processed till the next business day, these orders should arrive within 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address, P.O boxes can be used for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction  is our number one priority. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.  We have a 10-day return policy:

  • If the item was damaged during shipment, we'll replace it

  • If the item arrived melted or smeared, we'll replace it

  • If we shipped the wrong item, you can enjoy it, or ship it back.

  • If you have used the item, then decide you don't want it, a store credit will be available no need to return, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee on store credit.

  • For all other returns the product must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

  • All return request must be made within 30 days of purchase, send us an email explaining the problem and photo if applicable.

  • Once you are approved for return, refund, or store credit, you will receive an email explaining the details of your return.

  • Because of the personalized nature of our products, some items can only be returned if there is an error in your order, defect in material, or manufacturing.
