OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. We have a 10-day return policy:

If the item was damaged during shipment, we'll replace it

If the item arrived melted or smeared, we'll replace it

If we shipped the wrong item, you can enjoy it, or ship it back.

If you have used the item, then decide you don't want it, a store credit will be available no need to return, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee on store credit.

For all other returns the product must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

All return request must be made within 30 days of purchase, send us an email explaining the problem and photo if applicable.

Once you are approved for return, refund, or store credit, you will receive an email explaining the details of your return.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, some items can only be returned if there is an error in your order, defect in material, or manufacturing.
